A compact whole-house MVHR heat recovery ventilation unit in a powder-coated steel casing, shown disassembling into its components: insulated EPP shell halves, G4 and F7 filter cassettes, twin EC centrifugal fans, control PCB, counterflow heat-exchange core, condensate tray and four duct collars.
We know your ventilation from the inside out.
Servicing, repair and restoration for every major MVHR brand.
Fifteen years inside fans, filters and heat-exchange cores. If it spins, seals or filters — we have rebuilt it.
Deep-cleaned, rebalanced and airflow-tested. Most units return to factory performance in a single visit.

Heat-exchange core stripped, washed and pressure-tested.
Fault diagnosis & repair
Noise, condensation, error codes — found and fixed, not guessed at.
Airflow balancing
Room-by-room commissioning to design rates, with written readings.
Upgrades & retrofit
Controls, humidity sensors and summer bypass added to older units.
Emergency callout
Unit down, water leak or burning smell — same-day response.

Scheduled visits and paperwork across your whole portfolio.
What a neglected unit costs you
Mould & condensation
A clogged unit stops moving moist air. It shows up as black corners in bathrooms and bedrooms within months.
Heat loss you pay for
A fouled core stops recovering heat — the house stays warm only because your boiler quietly works harder.
Noise that creeps up
Worn bearings and unbalanced fans get louder so slowly you notice only after guests do.
What we service inside your unit
The exploded view above is not decoration — it is the checklist.
Counterflow heat-exchange core
Stripped, washed and pressure-tested — lost efficiency recovered.
Twin EC centrifugal fans
Bearings, balance and speed calibration on every service.
G4 + F7 filter cassettes
Genuine-spec replacements fitted, airflow drop measured before and after.
Control PCB
Diagnostics, sensor checks and firmware where the maker provides it.
Condensate tray & drain
Cleared, disinfected and re-sealed — the source of most leaks.
Duct collars & seals
Leak-tested and re-sealed so recovered heat stays in the system.
The difference a deep clean makes
The same heat-exchange core, one visit apart.

Questions we hear weekly
How often should an MVHR unit be serviced?+
Filters every 6–12 months depending on location; a full service once a year. Units near busy roads clog faster.
Which brands do you work on?+
All major brands — Zehnder, Vent-Axia, Nuaire, Airflow, Titon, Brink, Komfovent, Systemair, Blauberg, Mitsubishi Lossnay, Paul, Domus and more.
How long does a visit take?+
A standard service takes 60–90 minutes. A full restoration with core wash is around half a day.
My unit has become noisy — is it worth repairing?+
Usually yes. Noise is most often bearings, an unbalanced fan or a clogged core — all far cheaper to fix than replacing the unit.
Do you provide reports for landlords?+
Every visit ends with a written report including airflow readings — suitable for tenancy files and building managers.
What warranty do you give?+
12 months on all repairs and fitted parts.
